Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitive analyses and stay current on UX trends and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
