Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to define design requirements
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop accessibility-compliant designs ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices across the organization
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with 2+ years in fintech or SaaS products
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development constraints
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Certification in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
