Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Manage and secure Active Directory, user provisioning, and identity management protocols.
- Ensure network stability, performance optimization, and cybersecurity compliance (FISMA standards).
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and security assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator in a Windows and Linux environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CCNA.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with government contracting standards is a plus.
