Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network hardware and software components.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data and networks.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and execution.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal employees and resolve complex issues.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification preferred.
