Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system incidents and performance tuning
- Document system architecture and create disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering Windows/Linux enterprise environments
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Security clearance preferred
