Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and firewalls.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Oversee data backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with the security team to enforce compliance and protect sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
