Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure (Linux/Windows) across hybrid cloud environments
- Automate system provisioning and management using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance with tools like Nagios, Datadog, and ELK Stack
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute security audits using CIS benchmarks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Document system architectures and create runbooks for operational procedures
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services across 500+ endpoints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Proven experience with network security principles and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
