Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell
- Document procedures and create technical documentation for stakeholder review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent required
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
