Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and incident response
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible/Terraform
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid architectures
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical processes
