Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure network architectures using Cisco and Palo Alto solutions
- Manage hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with Terraform and Ansible automation
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring of critical systems using Nagios and Datadog
- Execute disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Lead OS patching cycles for 500+ Windows/Linux endpoints
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certifications in AWS/Azure and CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in network security protocols and firewalls
- Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call rotation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
