Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management.
- Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) for scalability and security.
- Lead Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues.
- Execute system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA, or VCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
