What You'll Do:
As a Senior System Administrator, you will:
- Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, primarily using AWS or Azure.
- Automate administrative tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
- Enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage identity access (Active Directory).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal stakeholders and resolve critical incidents.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system administration or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
