Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance with Nagios and Splunk for 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cloud migration initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 support resolution for complex technical issues
- Document system architectures and SOPs for compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid architectures
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and configuration management
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and vendor management experience
