Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain both Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce robust network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data integrity procedures.
- Automate administrative tasks and deployment pipelines using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Conduct regular system audits, patch management, and performance tuning.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is required.
