Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Oversee network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration roles
- Certifications: MCSE, Linux+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and network protocols
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
