We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic team in New Orleans. You will be responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure).
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Design and execute automated scripts for routine maintenance and deployment.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data integrity procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy) and Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu).
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certifications are a plus.
