Responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate system maintenance using Ansible and PowerShell
- Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues
- Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOPs
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified SysOps
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
