Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate system monitoring and remediation using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services across hybrid environments
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and document SOPs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking
- Certifications in CompTIA Linux+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/Ansible)
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve critical outages
