Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
- Oversee server administration, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and reliability of critical systems.
- Manage network security protocols, conduct regular vulnerability assessments, and enforce compliance standards.
- Automate routine administrative tasks and deploy scripts (Python/Bash) to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system outages, hardware failures, and network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan infrastructure upgrades and technology migrations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
