Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols (SIEM, firewalls, encryption)
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and system troubleshooting
- Document SOPs and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Lead system upgrade projects and disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, RHCSA, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
- Proven track record in implementing security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
