Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments (AWS, Azure, on-premise)
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
- Oversee cloud infrastructure scaling and disaster recovery planning
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents
- Document SOPs and maintain configuration management
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certifications: AWS SysOps or Azure Administrator preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
