Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise Windows/Linux server environments with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Automate provisioning with Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance using Splunk/Nagios and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document SOPs and create runbooks for disaster recovery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and networking fundamentals
- Certified in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
