Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server environments, including Windows Server and Linux distributions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and Identity Management solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Implement and monitor cloud solutions, primarily within Azure, to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies to safeguard company data.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff.
- Conduct regular system audits and patch management to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License (for occasional on-site support requirements).
