Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
- Manage Windows Server and Linux environments with 99.9% uptime
- Lead security audits and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python/Bash
- Optimize network performance across multi-site architecture
- Document IT processes and SOPs
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server and Linux administration
- AWS/Azure certification required
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ITIL/COBIT framework knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
