Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments in AWS and on-premise data centers
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption standards
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document SOPs and compliance reports for NIST and FedRAMP requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with federal sector experience
- Expert-level certifications: CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
