Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments with 50+ virtual machines
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy implementation
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 30% hybrid workload
- Handle security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Perform disaster recovery testing and backup administration using Veeam
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Ansible
- Document processes and create technical SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- AWS/Azure certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V)
- Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
