Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Implement and monitor network security policies, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Lead backup, recovery, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Automate routine IT tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysAdmin.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support.
