Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure across hybrid-cloud environments
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/SolarWinds and optimize resource utilization
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and security compliance audits (CIS/NIST)
- Automate workflows with Ansible/PowerShell and manage containerized deployments
- Lead cross-functional projects for cloud migration and infrastructure scaling
- Document SOPs and mentor junior team members in best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration with Azure/AWS
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or equivalent (AWS/Azure certs preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux/VMware environments
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA) and security hardening
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication abilities
