Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage enterprise-level Windows/Linux environments and Active Directory
- Lead security audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2/ISO 27001)
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Puppet and PowerShell/Python
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect or CompTIA Server+
- Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
