Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in scripting languages and configuration management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
