- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architectures
- Execute proactive system monitoring, patch management, and security hardening
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and configuration management tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Mentor junior administrators and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and virtualization technologies

- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
