Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backup/restore procedures with 99.99% SLA compliance
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible/Terraform for 500+ production nodes
- Monitor and optimize network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios with proactive alerting
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications
- Document system architecture and create runbooks for critical infrastructure components
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise-level system administration with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers)
- Advanced scripting skills in Python/PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise security protocols
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
