Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell/Ansible
- Ensure 99.9% uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks
- Lead disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior staff
- Document system architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong background in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Certifications: MCSA, Linux+, or CompTIA Server+ required
- Advanced scripting capabilities (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
