Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AWS/Azure cloud environments including EC2, S3, and Active Directory
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols across 500+ endpoints
- Lead server migrations and infrastructure upgrades with zero downtime
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and SLA compliance
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Document system architecture and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Proven track record in high-availability infrastructure design
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
