- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Provide Tier 3 support and lead troubleshooting initiatives
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with hybrid cloud environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
