Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor backup/recovery solutions for critical data
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Oversee Active Directory and Exchange Online environments
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid solutions
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during system outages
