Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and monitor security protocols for network infrastructure
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible and PowerShell
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and incidents
- Design and execute disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Optimize system performance and implement capacity planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
