Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our engineering standards.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
