Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead API development and integration with AWS/Azure services
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in SQL databases and caching strategies
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
