Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in modern languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design discussions.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for team collaboration.
