Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Python, Go, and Java
- Lead cloud migration projects on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and CI/CD pipelines
- Architect secure RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Strong proficiency in Python/Go and relational databases
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
