Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and standards.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (React, Node.js, or .NET preferred).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
