Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure-as-code and monitoring solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and Go with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through system design challenges
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects
