As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients. You will bridge the gap between technical constraints and business goals, ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful to use.
What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research to wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights.
- Create intuitive user flows, information architectures, and wireframes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements.
- Design and test new user interface concepts and flows.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
