Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Develop, test, and iterate on complex prompts to optimize the output of LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Bard.
- Strategy: Formulate prompt engineering strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
- Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to measure prompt effectiveness and refine logic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, bias, and safety, troubleshooting edge cases in real-time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, AI training, or a related technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex logic and iterate rapidly on solutions.
- Tools: Familiarity with Python or scripting languages is a significant plus.
