Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bi-weekly sprints
- Architect secure APIs with OAuth2 and JWT authentication
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes and AWS Lambda
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
