Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 administration with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Deploy and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco switches and Wi-Fi access points
- Lead endpoint management via SCCM and Intune with zero-touch deployment capabilities
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles using Confluence
- Collaborate with security team on vulnerability patching and compliance audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Expert-level Active Directory and O365 administration certification (preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification required
- Experience with ITIL v4 processes and service desk ticketing systems
- Ability to lift 50lbs and install/rackmount hardware in server rooms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
