Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development and integration with HIPAA-compliant data systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance using distributed caching and database tuning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or similar languages
