Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA) to define requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring strict adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical strategy discussions to drive engineering excellence.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, optimizing application performance, security, and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous growth and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
