Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software architectures using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python, Java, or Go, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend development.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
